If you choose a direct payment gateway to complete your purchase, then PAYFAST stores your credit card data. Your purchase transaction data is stored only as long as is necessary to complete your purchase transaction. After that is complete, your purchase transaction information is deleted. LEGALLYFIT will not be held liable for any negligence and/ or malicious actions on the part of the payment gateway system and if any such negligence and/ or malicious actions should occur, you will have to communicate same to the payment gateway directly.

This data is passed through to our head office for the purpose of providing real time metric feedback to the user about their workouts, general wellbeing and training program.
The data that we collect is classified as Personal Data and Statistical Data.
