Heya ladies and welcome to 2017!!!
So I haven't really posted any revealing body shots post or during pregnancy as I felt that its a bit personal to share on social media, BUT 6 and a half months postpartum whilst nursing and this is what my body looks like. Its a daily work in progress!!! Ill get there eventually! 😂😂🙈🙈🙈. The body progresses at a steady and moderate pace as it rightfully should!!
Finding time to train is, and has been, a challenge but I aim to MAKE time whenever I possibly can.
Eating clean seems to be a challenge as well!😂😂🙈🙈 but I have been religious in taking all the natural products I could find to aid my body to recover properly. I have had tonnes of requests to post what I took and I will list them all herein below - available at JVL. But hats off to all the moms out there! Damn girl, well done to u for surviving pregnancy and then being a super being of a mom and raising your human! Respect!
There are so many 'fad' theories out there, but u need to stay on track and do what works for YOU and baby 👶🏻! Dont rush the process! In the end, good old hard work is the only way to reach success and the same applies for a post pregnancy physique goal.
While nursing its NOT recommended to take, most, supplements so finding energy in food like apples to assist u to push through the workouts is your "go to" source for natural energy!! Obviously this is a short lived energy source, but hey, when you have been off any additional energy boosters for more than a year, a natural product actually works!
Baby first! Your body will find its way back to its natural homeostasis and you will know that it was all worth it because raising my human has been my biggest gift 🎁ever!
Life is about much more than just your physical appearance, but as a new mommy I have found that making time for my health and fitness is so necessary for my and baby's happiness and contentment. Finding yourself after pregnancy is a new and refreshing experience! Make it a positive and progressive new step in your life.
Embrace the ride and cherish this time in your life.
Share this post to a new mommy and tell her she will look like her old self sooner rather than later, cause some days u need to hear this!!! You get to a place where your 'wobbly bits' seem like they will be "hangin around" for quite some time, but if you work at it and start to work on jumping back as soon as you possibly can, your body will feel like YOU again soon.
Keep on 'slayyyyying' ladies and keep focused on your own victorious story!
